Innovation on board 2

Innovation on board is a Formative course promoted by Unindustria Bologna and managed by Cofimp (Service center for the formation and the consultancy of small and medium businesses) e Aster (Science and Technology Association Emilia Romagna).

Purpose and Recipients
The course is address to key figures and entrepeneurs of small and medium size businesses in the territory and its objective is to give these businesses the opportunity to acquire knowledge in subjects such as product and process innovation and technological transfer.

Formative offer and participation mode
The course, joined to its second edition, contains two sections, one involves lectures and the other involves actions of assistence.

The formative offer is divided in 7 subject modules:
1. The advantages and risks in innovation: methods and instruments to evaluate the "convinience" of innovation.
2. Change Management: how to match organization and innovation.
3. Protection strategies and patent valorization.
4. Instruments to finance innovations and research systems.
5. Design Innovation: Design as an instrument top lan innovation.
6. Business plan of an innovative project.
7. Management of projects and groundbreaking teams.
The modules are financed completely by the Provincia di Bologna through the European Social Fund.

Design Center Bologna participates in this project through the organization and Management of the formative module "Design Innovation: design as an instrument to plan innovation".
